Thanks to Sam and Clo for putting together such a fun and awesome even as BookEnding and I am so happy to be participating in BE Autumn!!
BUAHAHA I’m the host now, BOW TO ME.
Half jk.
Okay, so my first day of hosting consists of a Candy Tag…if you couldn’t tell from my vague title.
Prompt Rules:
1. Tag me the creator, por favor.
2. Tag the person who tagged you
3. Feel free to switch up the names of candies
4. Tag whoever you want
5. Have fun. It’s a rule, it must be done.
Candy Tag Time
As the pic says, what’s a book you only read seasonally? I picked candy corn given that I don’t actually dislike it but I will only find myself eating it at Halloween, you know when it reappears from the mines of Moria or wherever it comes from. This doesn’t have to be a Halloween/Fall seasonally read, could be something you enjoy reading only in the winter or summer…or lame-ass spring when my allergies come out with a vengeance.
For me, I always love to read Harry Potter over the summer as that’s when I used to do my rereads of it when I was a kid. I also love to read The Halloween Tree every Halloween.
A book you enjoyed taking your time reading. For me it was my nonfiction read of the Romanov family legacy over their entire reign, I didn’t want to rush it, each chapter covered a good chunk of history and I wanted to slowly wade through it. I also have yet to finish Water Babies [but that’s because I paused it for like two years lol].
Self-explanatory from the picture!
For me it was The Starter Wife haha oh man that book was so creepy, but I enjoyed the creepy element..especially as it wasn’t happening to me. Creepy lady wants to win over a man, man is stupid and doesn’t realize it of course, it gets creepier from there!
Probably from Last year because they were cheap in giving out candy…but I’m not bitter.
For me, it’s usually a book that is just too ‘fluffy’ and romantic. I need to be in the right mood to read those things, around Christmas I thaw out for them, but like, not the rest of the year. In this case, I read ‘A Different Time’ for a blog tour and as cute as it was, I just wanted to hack a hairball through most of it.
Now I’m leaving a lot of wiggle room here, it can be unexpected in a good or bad way! For me I’ll pick one that surprised me in a good way, Postscript. I actually enjoyed this so much more than its predecessor, PS, I Love You and it hit me with so many feels. Such a rollercoaster of the emotions.
Well, I could go on and on, but I felt like 5 types of candy was enough for a cute little tag.
I hope you enjoyed the prompt/tag, and please feel free to do it and use my little candy banners too if you want.

Aw this is such a cute tag and I absolutely love the graphics! I usually like to read Harry Potter over the summers as well and I usually end up picking up atleast one of the books each summer!
