August 2020 Fairyloot Unboxing

Oh, oh my old brain has betrayed me yet again, I had taken pictures of all the items, and then deleted them before emailing them to myself, so, I waited until I could be bothered retaking the photos and here we are.

Remember, August Fairyloot spoilers ahead!

What’s in this booooox?

The Theme was ‘Let the Games Begin’ so let’s begin! We’ve seen the pretty spoiler card and bookmark, now onward!!

The Nevernight trilogy is definitely on my tbr, and on my physical shelf already so it was nice to get some Nevernight themed items, helps motivate me to pick it up sooner than later and that bookmark is so stinkin pretty!

I love book sleeves and this one is no exception! An Ember in the Ashes is one of the many books on my tbr, and I’ve already preordered the last book as well, and the art is so pretty on this! [This will also be perfect for transporting my fave book(s)]

A cute magnet inspired by Scythe but I haven’t read it yet, and I’m not sure I plan to. On the plus side, I find magnets super useful so woo!

I am NOT a fan of SJTR and I disliked it so much that I don’t plan on reading the rest, BUT, it’s lined and super useful! I’ve been using it to help me keep track of books I’m donating and selling! And it’s too pretty for me to give up lol

I understood this reference! I really enjoyed Aurora Rising and I’ve been on a mission to get more pins for it, so thank you FL for helping me in my mission lol. [I know the picture is bad, I’m sorry, here’s what it says: ‘My Current Situation Could Be Adequately Described As…Suboptimal’]

This was what the water looked like when the bath bomb was done dissolving, so pretty and glittery!

Just showing you this lovely author letter…

Now.

Are you ready for the book?

The Book is absolutely gorgeous and I’m bummed my mental health kept me from doing the readalong for it, but, I’m hoping to get to it for November ❤ The art, the edges, all just so lovely ❤

Did you get this one? Did you like any item in particular?

Ahh I hate when I do that indeed 😂 It usually happens with my Bujo spreads and then I can’t really re-take them because it’s all filled up with my working shifts and… not as pretty.

I haven’t read the Nevernight trilogy but omg that bookmark indeed! I also find it pretty cool to have so pretty tarot cards in it too. Really loving that notebook also!
